You know those people who can create a recipe from scratch with whatever they have in their pantry at the time? I am not one of those people. I hate those people. It's all I can do to follow a recipe properly.
But when I saw that Pillsbury was holding its annual Bake-Off contest, I decided to give it a try. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
This morning, I formally entered my recipe for Garlic Shrimp Knots:
It's not a ground-breaking recipe, to be sure, but it is very easy to make and quite the crowd pleaser.
